Refund and Compensation Policy
At BLOSS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee a 100%
Satisfaction
Guarantee with every flower arrangement, gift, or perfume delivered to your loved ones.
If
for any
reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered, we will arrange for a replacement as soon
as
possible.
Alternatively, you may be eligible for a partial refund in the form of BLOSS credit, which will be
available for
use for up to 12 months. In certain cases, additional compensation may be offered.
If there are any issues with your order, please contact BLOSS Customer Care within 48 hours of
receiving
the
order. You may be asked to provide photos of the delivered products to help us assess the situation
and
provide
the best resolution.
We are committed to timely deliveries. If your order is delayed by more than 4 hours beyond the
scheduled
delivery window, please contact BLOSS Customer Care for assistance. Delays caused by factors beyond
our
control,
such as severe weather or restricted access, are not covered under this guarantee.
Please note that if incorrect recipient information is provided, BLOSS will not be responsible for
refunds or
compensation for delays or delivery failures. Similarly, BLOSS cannot be held liable if the
recipient
refuses to
accept the delivery.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase
through our
online payment gateway. BLOSS credit refunds or compensations will be issued within 72 hours.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window or before
the
preparation of the order begins. Cancellations within this timeframe may be eligible for a full
refund.
Once your order is received, our team begins preparing the gifts and flowers to ensure timely
delivery.
Therefore, if the order has already entered the preparation stage or is ready for delivery, it may
be
difficult
to stop or cancel it.
Note: All edible items and certain branded products are excluded from cancellation
as
they are
often prepared more than 24 hours before the delivery window.
BLOSS-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases, BLOSS may need to cancel your order. If this occurs, you will be eligible for a full
refund either
via the original payment method or as BLOSS credit, at our discretion. Reasons for BLOSS-initiated
cancellations
may include:
- Inability to confirm or deliver the order.
- Delivery location being outside our service area.
- Unavailability of the requested product.
- Any other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling your order.
If the order is fully prepared and we are unable to reach you or the recipient after three delivery
attempts
within 48 hours, the order may be canceled without a refund.
Order Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. You may request to reschedule your order as long as it has not
yet
been
prepared. Rescheduling can be requested for up to 10 days after the original scheduled date. If the
order has
already been prepared, you can reschedule it for up to 48 hours later to ensure quality.
Note: Edible items and certain branded products cannot be rescheduled once they have
entered
preparation.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered products, please contact BLOSS Customer
Care
within 48
hours of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original
packaging with
tags attached.
BLOSS does not currently offer exchanges, but you are eligible for a full refund if the delivered
products were
damaged upon delivery.
Excluded from the return policy are: flowers, underwear, personal grooming products, earrings,
candles,
software,
video games, fresh produce, custom-made orders, and all edible items.
BLOSS Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, along with any other referenced documents, apply to all orders placed
through
the
BLOSS app or website for flowers, perfumes, gifts, and other products.
By placing an order through BLOSS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept
these
terms,
please refrain from using our platforms.
Legal Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use BLOSS platforms and services. By creating an account or
placing
an
order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Payment Methods
We accept payment through our online payment gateway. All transactions made on BLOSS platforms are
encrypted to
ensure security. By using our payment system, you confirm that the information provided is accurate
and
belongs
to you.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on BLOSS platforms, including images, text, and designs, is owned or licensed
by
BLOSS.
